Our Exchanges and Movements classes continue to meet.
Both groups are for those who are new to the Work and are interested in exploring the Gurdjieff teaching. Meeting in small groups with experienced elders of the Work, each offers a way to experience the Gurdjieff ideas. With shared interest and commitment, it is possible to gain a taste for what work in a group -- whether in discussion or in movement -- can mean in your life.
